Staff are kind and helpful especially LA of Front Desk
aircon in our room has disdurbing sound. we found cockroaches in the bathroom when we arrive. Breakfast does not taste good. expensive for the taste and quality
Everything about the hotel, actually. According to my mom, it wasn't that pricey/expensive. It's not like a '5 star hotel' or as great as those hotels that I see in Manila. But the location, service, food, etc. they've given were all more than enough. I guess, what I liked the most in this hotel was the location. I think it's a really great place for unwinding with family (or even friends). Addition to that, the New Year's Countdown was literally in front of the hotel. And it wasn't JUST a typical fireworks. I don't really know how I am gonna explain it but it was really different. The music and everything is synchronized with the lights and fireworks. It was the first time that my family and I didn't have a hard time looking for a NY's Countdown place. Pretty much the best place to check in/go to during NY's Eve :-)
PS. We're coming back this December, FOR SURE. :)
Clean rooms, we had 1 standard twin and 1 standard queen and 1 deluxe twin. The beds, beddings and pillows are comfortable, size of twin bed exactly fits two people. Deluxe room is spacious while standard just enough for 2-3 people, aircons perfectly working, cold and quiet. Toilet/bathrooms just enough in size, with hot and cold shower, you can reach everything u need without messing up the floor. Kids enjoyed the bath tub in deluxe room. Cable tv's and mini ref perfectly working. The kids love the pool, not too deep and very safe. Polite staff, comfortable environment, restaurant not too crowded, quiet hallway, lobby and reception is very welcoming. Nothing really intimidating in this hotel like any other hotels ive been. You can move around freely and comfortably. Reminds me a lot of Manor houses in UK. Homey and warm feeling. The beach view is breathtaking and relaxing.
